   • We offer a variety of products, including blank apparel (T-shirts, hats, caps, etc.), customized items (such as coffee cups, pens, tote bags, tumblers), and much more.

   • Product images and descriptions are subject to change. We strive to provide accurate details but cannot guarantee that colors, materials, or styles will be identical to photos.

3. Orders:

   • Blank Products: These products are sold as-is, without any customisations, and are available for immediate purchase.

   • Customized Products: For personalized products, you must provide your customization details (text, design, etc.) when placing your order. Custom orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or altered once production has begun.

   • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled once processing has started.

4. Pricing and Payment:

   • All prices are listed in AUD, and applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

   • We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other payment methods available on the checkout page.

5. Customization Process:

   • For customized orders, please ensure that all provided details (e.g., text, artwork) are accurate before submitting your order.

   • We are not responsible for any errors in the customization provided by the customer. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

   • Custom products may take longer to process depending on the complexity of the customization.

6. Shipping:

   • We ship Domestic only, and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

   • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the product and shipping method chosen.

   • By submitting custom designs or logos, you confirm that you have the rights to use the design and grant us permission to print or embroider the design.
